Appointments

Your booking receipt shows whether your appointment is confirmed or awaiting confirmation. Please keep your booking reference. If the receipt says pending, contact the salon to confirm. You can change or cancel a pending or confirmed appointment online before it starts, using your account or private management link. Changes depend on availability. After the start time, please contact the salon. Please arrive on time and give us as much notice as possible.

Pricing

Published prices are guides. Final price depends on hair length, thickness, condition and the agreed service.

Colour and chemical services

A consultation or patch test may be required before colour, bleach, perm or straightening services.
